Independently and separately from the aforementioned employer, eRecruiter and Grupa Pracuj are liable for processing of your personal data stated in the application form.

We, eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o. (eRecruiter) and Grupa Pracuj SA (Pracuj.pl) are also liable for processing your data when you are completing an application form. We are co-administrators of your personal data for additional purposes described in detail in our Privacy Policy. You may request us to give you access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer to another administrator, as well as you have the right to object or file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Clauses

Pursuant to Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, I hereby give my voluntary and explicit consent for Polish Humanitarian Action to process special categories of my personal data, in particular data concerning my health (including disability), provided in my application documents, solely for the purpose of the recruitment process.

Providing such data is voluntary and not providing it does not affect my participation in the recruitment process. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time.

By clicking “Send”, you agree to the processing of your personal data included in your application by Polish Humanitarian Action, with its registered seat at Aleja Solidarności 78a, 00-145 Warsaw, National Court Register number 0000136833, for the purpose of the recruitment process for the position specified in the job offer.

The personal data specified by the Polish Labour Code and other applicable regulations (e.g. name, education, work experience) are processed on the basis of legal provisions and are necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

Additional personal data (e.g. image, interests, or any other voluntary information) are processed based on your consent, which is granted by sending your application. Providing these data is voluntary and does not affect your participation in the recruitment process.

If you choose to include personal data concerning your disability in your application, you explicitly consent to their processing for the purposes of the recruitment process, in accordance with Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. Providing such data is voluntary and not including them will not affect your application. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

We may also process your personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims related to the recruitment process, based on our legitimate interest.

You have the right to access your data, request their rectification or erasure, restrict or object to their processing, request the transfer of data you consented to share, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Your data will be processed for 6 months for the purpose of this recruitment process or, if you submitted an open application or agreed to future recruitments, for up to 3 years.

Ми можемо обробляти ваші персональні дані, включені в заявку, також для встановлення, здійснення або захисту законних вимог, якщо претензії стосуються процесу найму. З цією метою дані можуть оброблятися на основі наших законних інтересів, тобто для встановлення, здійснення або захисту законних вимог у провадженні в суді або державних органах.

Ви маєте право запросити доступ до своїх даних та отримати їх копію, право вимагати виправлення або видалення ваших даних та обмеження їх обробки, право заперечувати проти їх обробки, право передавати свої дані (на обробку яких ви погодилися) іншому контролеру. Ви також маєте право подати скаргу до Генерального інспектора з питань захисту персональних даних (майбутнього президента Управління з питань захисту персональних даних).

Ваші дані обробляються з метою процесу підбору персоналу на посаду, зазначену в пропозиції про роботу, протягом 6 місяців, а якщо ви надіслали відкриту заявку або надали свою згоду на участь у майбутніх процесах набору, то протягом 3 років.

Крім того, ваші дані можуть оброблятися для встановлення, здійснення або захисту юридичних претензій щодо процесу найму протягом 3 років.

Ваші персональні дані можуть бути передані постачальникам послуг з розміщення реклами вакансій, систем управління підбором персоналу, послуг хостингу та інших IT-систем.
