    By clicking “Send”, you agree to the processing of your personal data included in your application by Polish Humanitarian Action, with its registered seat at Aleja Solidarności 78a, 00-145 Warsaw, National Court Register number 0000136833, for the purpose of the recruitment process for the position specified in the job offer.

    The personal data specified by the Polish Labour Code and other applicable regulations (e.g. name, education, work experience) are processed on the basis of legal provisions and are necessary to participate in the recruitment process.

    Additional personal data (e.g. image, interests, or any other voluntary information) are processed based on your consent, which is granted by sending your application. Providing these data is voluntary and does not affect your participation in the recruitment process.

    If you choose to include personal data concerning your disability in your application, you explicitly consent to their processing for the purposes of the recruitment process, in accordance with Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR. Providing such data is voluntary and not including them will not affect your application. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

    We may also process your personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims related to the recruitment process, based on our legitimate interest.

    You have the right to access your data, request their rectification or erasure, restrict or object to their processing, request the transfer of data you consented to share, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

    Your data will be processed for 6 months for the purpose of this recruitment process or, if you submitted an open application or agreed to future recruitments, for up to 3 years.
