We will process various information about you for the following purposes and on the following legal bases: to carry out the recruitment for the position indicated in the job advertisement:
- in order to comply with our legal obligations - data indicated in the Labour Code (e.g. identification data, contact details, education, work experience, skills, qualifications);
- in order to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract (e.g. information about your expected salary and your availability to start work, information about recruitment meetings, our assessment of your suitability for a certain position);
- based on our legitimate interest (e.g. your email address, which is required in the eRecruiter system for your correct identification;
- based on your consent (e.g. data you voluntarily include in your recruitment application, e.g. your image, interests, data contained in references from former employers);
- to conduct future recruitments for various positions (based on your consent);
to investigate satisfaction with the recruitment process (based on our legitimate interest);
- to establish, assert or defend against claims related to the recruitment (based on our legitimate interest);
- in case we need to repeat this recruitment (based on our legitimate interest).
As a general rule, we ask you not to provide us with any sensitive data during the recruitment process, such as information about your health or other data indicated in Article 9 of the DPA. However, if you consider it necessary to provide such data during the recruitment process, e.g. due to your particular situation, we will ask you to give separate consent for us to process such sensitive data.
The provision of personal data indicated in the Labour Code or other legislation (if indicated above) is mandatory to take part in the recruitment process. Similarly, the provision of the data indicated above necessary to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of a contract and necessary in our legitimate interest. The provision of other data is voluntary
You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data, rectifying your data, requesting deletion, restricting processing, objecting to processing and transferring the data you have provided (which you have consented to or we are processing at your request before entering into a contract) to another data controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
We process your personal data for the purpose of recruiting you for the position advertised for a period of 12 months; and where you have consented to participate in future recruitments for a period of 24 months.
We may pass your personal data to providers of job advertisement publication services, providers of recruitment management systems, providers of IT services such as hosting and providers of IT systems. We analyse candidates in the eRecruiter system using various search filters and assess them against their qualifications, skills and work experience for a specific job position. We do this based on our legitimate interest in finding and grouping candidates who are the best fit for a specific job position.
