The Administrator ensures the processing of personal data within its organization in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), as well as applicable national data protection regulations and the guidelines of the competent authorities.

Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator:
4.1. to fulfill obligations under applicable law, including primarily the Polish Labor Code of 26 June 1974 – the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
4.2. for actions within the recruitment process and the conclusion of an employment contract – the legal basis for processing is the necessity to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take actions at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
4.3. for carrying out the recruitment process regarding data not required by law, as well as for future recruitment processes – the legal basis for processing is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
4.4. to establish or pursue potential claims or defend against such claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The Administrator does not transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EEA or to third countries.

Your personal data will be processed until the completion of the recruitment process. If you give consent for processing for future recruitment purposes, the data will be processed until the completion of these processes, but no longer than until the withdrawal of consent. The processing period may be extended to cover the limitation period for claims if the processing is necessary to establish or pursue potential claims or defend against such claims. After this period, data will be processed only to the extent and for the duration required by law.

You have the right to access your personal data and request their rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if your data are processed unlawfully. In Poland, the competent authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process.

To the extent that data are processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
