    Clauses

    Recruitment to VIGO System S.A. is pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and in agreement with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

    Providing data specified by the provisions of June 26, 1974 Act, Labor Code, and implementing acts is voluntary, but necessary for the recruitment process. By submitting the application documents, you consent to the processing of personal data contained therein, to the extent necessary to carry out the recruitment process. You also acknowledge the following information:

    1. The Administrator of Personal Data provided in the recruitment documents is VIGO Photonics S.A, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
    2. The seat of the Personal Data Administrator is in Ożarów Mazowiecki (05 - 850) at 129/133 Poznańska St.
    3. The Administrator can be contacted by [email protected]
    4. The personal data is used solely for the recruitment purposes and for taking necessary actions for the purposes of the recruitment process.
    5. The data shall be stored until the end of the recruitment process and shall be deleted 6 months after its completion, at the latest.
    6. The Administrator does not intend to transfer data to other recipients, neither to a third country, nor to international organizations.
    7. The Applicant has the right to request the Data Administrator to access, rectify, supplement, transfer and correct their data, as well as the right to restrict data processing.
    8. With regard to personal data processing, the Applicant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
    9. Based on the personal data held, the Administrator shall not make automated decisions, including decisions being the results of profiling.
    Podanie danych w zakresie określonym przepisami ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. Kodeks pracy oraz aktów wykonawczych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne do przeprowadzenia rekrutacji. 
    Dokumenty aplikacyjne kandydata powinny zawierać klauzulę:
    "Wyrażam zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych zawartych w CV dla potrzeb niezbędnych do realizacji procesu rekrutacji zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych."
    1. Administratorem Danych Osobowych przekazanych w dokumentach rekrutacyjnych jest VIGO Photonics S.A, zwany dalej Administratorem. 
    2. Siedziba Administratora Danych Osobowych mieści się w Ożarowie Mazowieckim (05 - 850) przy ulicy Poznańskiej 129/133. 
    3. Z Administratorem można skontaktować się poprzez adres e-mail: [email protected] 
    4. Dane osobowe przetwarzane są wyłącznie do celów związanych z rekrutacją na dane stanowisko oraz do podjęcia niezbędnych działań dla celów procesu rekrutacyjnego. 
    5. Dane będą przechowywane do zakończenia procesu rekrutacyjnego i zostaną usunięte najpóźniej w ciągu 6 m-cy po jego zakończeniu. 
    6. Administrator nie zamierza przekazywać danych innym odbiorcom ani do państwa trzeciego, ani do organizacji międzynarodowych. 
    7. Osoba aplikująca ma prawo żądać od Administratora dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, uzupełnienia, przenoszenia i usunięcia, a także prawo do ograniczenia przetwarzania danych. 
    8. W związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych, osobie aplikującej przysługuje prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego. 
    9. W oparciu o posiadane dane osobowe, Administrator nie będzie podejmował zautomatyzowanych decyzji, w tym decyzji będących wynikiem profilowania. (niezamieszczenie powyższej klauzuli oraz niepotwierdzenie zapoznania się z powyższym oświadczeniem uniemożliwi udział w procesie rekrutacyjnym.
