3. Państwa dane osobowe są zbierane w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji a także oceny Państwa kwalifikacji i zdolności do pracy na danym stanowisku. Administrator będzie przetwarzał Państwa dane osobowe, o których mowa w art. 22¹ Kodeksu pracy, a także inne dane podane przez Państwa dobrowolnie

Podstawą przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych jest art. 22¹ Kodeksu pracy a także art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) i c) Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych) („RODO”).
5. Podanie danych osobowych jest warunkiem uczestnictwa w procesie rekrutacji. Państwa zgoda jest wyrażana dobrowolnie. Mogą Państwo odmówić swojej zgody bez podawania przyczyny i cofnąć ją w dowolnym momencie, przesyłając wiadomość na adres wskazany w punkcie 1) powyżej, lub składając pisemne oświadczenie w tym zakresie (oświadczenie powinno być dostarczone na adres siedziby Administratora). W takim przypadku nie będzie możliwe wzięcie udziału w rekrutacji. Cofnięcie zgody pozostaje bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania danych na podstawie zgody dokonanego przed cofnięciem zgody.
6. Państwa dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich.
7. Państwa dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres 12 miesięcy od momentu otrzymania aplikacji.
8. Przysługuje Państwu prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usuwania lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania Państwa danych osobowych a także do prawo do przenoszenia Państwa danych, przy czym prawa te mogą podlegać ograniczeniom określonym w obowiązujących przepisach prawa, w szczególności w RODO. W celu realizacji wskazanych praw mogą Państwo wiadomość na adres wskazany w punkcie 1) powyżej.
9. Przysługuje Państwu prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

1. Fresenius Kabi Business Services Sp. z o.o. with registered seat in Pl. Nowy Targ 28, 50-141 Wrocław is the Administrator of your personal data (hereinafter: “Administrator”). You can contact the Administrator in the following manner: via e-mail: [email protected].
2. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed. You can contact the Data Protection Officer under the following e-mail address: [email protected].
3. Your personal data is collected for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and for evaluation of your qualifications and capability to work on a given job position. The Administrator shall process your personal data mentioned in the art. 22¹ of the Labour Code and other data given by you voluntarily.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the art. 22¹ of the Labour Code and art. 6 sec. 1 letters a) and c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“the GDPR”).
5. Provision of personal data is the condition of participation in the recruitment process. Your consent is voluntarily given. You can refuse your consent without giving any reason and withdraw it at any time, by sending a message to the address mentioned in section 1) above or by issuing a written statement in this scope (the statement should be delivered to the address of the Administrator’s seat). In such case taking part in the recruitment process shall not be possible. The withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
7. Your personal data shall be stored for a period of 12 months from the date of the application is received.
8. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify, erase or restrict processing, right to object to processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability, whereas these rights may be subject to restrictions set out in applicable laws, in particular in the GDPR. In order to execute these rights you can send a message to the address indicated in section 1) above.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
