You may request us to give you an access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer to other administrator, as well as you have the right to object or file a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office.

    INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING - RECRUITMENT

    DATA ADMINISTRATOR. The administrator of your personal data is Gamefound spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław, address: ul. Św. Mikołaja 58, 50-127 Wrocław, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000778227, NIP: 8971865043, REGON: 382893080 (hereinafter: "we" ).     PURPOSES AND BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING. We process your personal data to carry out the recruitment process. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

    • for employment offers based on civil law contracts: you take actions, such as sending your CV and participating in the recruitment process, in order to conclude a contract with us (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
    • for employment offers based on an employment contract:
    • in the scope of data specified in Art. 221 of the Labor Code: performance of legal obligations arising from the provisions of the Labor Code that rest on us (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with Article 221 of the Labor Code). Providing data to the extent specified in Art. 221 of the Labor Code is a statutory obligation and is necessary to participate in recruitment.
    • regarding other data: Your voluntary consent, which you express by sending your CV and participating in the recruitment process (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Providing personal data in this respect is voluntary and is not necessary to participate in the recruitment process. If you do not want us to process your data beyond the scope specified in Art. 221 of the Labor Code, then simply do not include them in your application.
    • in relation to future recruitment: Your voluntary consent, which you express by sending your CV with an appropriate clause (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), e.g. "I consent to the processing of my personal data by Gamefound Sp. z o. o. based in Wrocław in order to participate in future recruitment processes. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time, and the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

    DATA STROAGE PERIOD. We will store your personal data throughout the recruitment process in which you participate and then delate it. If you agree to participate in the future recruitment processes, we will process your data additionally until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than for a period of 6 months form the date on which you expressed it.

    TO WHOM MAY WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA? We may disclose your personal data to providers of IT services and systems that we use to conduct our business. We may also disclose your personal data to entities related to us personally or by capital, and these entities may employ you.

    YOUR RIGHTS. You have the right to: (1) request access to your personal data; (2) rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data; (3) to the extent that we process personal data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR): the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; (4) to the extent that we process personal data in an automated manner based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR): the right to transfer data; (5) to the extent that personal data are processed in order to pursue our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR): the right to object to the processing of personal data; (6) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw.

    PROFILING. We do not use any information provided by you for the purposes of automated decision-making, including profiling.
