You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your personal data indicated in the Labor Code or other specific laws (according to the requirements of the ad), we process based on the law and their submission is necessary to participate in the recruitment. We process other personal data (e.g. image) on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you have given us by sending us your recruitment application, and their provision does not affect the possibility of participating in the recruitment. We may process your personal data contained in the recruitment application also for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims, if the claims concern the recruitment conducted by us. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in establishing, asserting or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities. You have the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of your data, correcting your data, requesting deletion, restriction, processing, objecting to processing, and transferring the data you have provided (for which you have consented to processing) to another data controller. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (in the future: the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. We process your personal data for the purpose of recruiting you for the position indicated in the advertisement for a period of 3 months, and when you have consented to participate in future recruitments for a period of 12 months.

Bolt Producer of personal data contained in your recruitment application for the position indicated in the job advertisement (consent includes additional personal data not indicated in the Labor Code or other laws, e.g. your image, interests). We process personal data indicated in the Labor Code or other laws (e.g. your name, surname, work experience, education) on the basis of the law. If you do not want us to process additional data about you, do not include it in your documents.

Consents are voluntary and do not affect your ability to participate in recruitment. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail: [email protected], which does not affect the legality of the processing performed before the withdrawal of consent.

Producer of Screws with its registered office at 100 Oliwska Street, 80-209 Chwaszczyno, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gdańsk, VIII Economic Department under KRS number: 0000084735, NIP: 5890008528, share capital in the amount of 2,425. 404 PLN, my personal data, provided by me in this application form, including the enclosed resume, in the scope going beyond name and surname, date of birth, place of residence (mailing address), education and course of previous employment, for the purpose of the recruitment process

Independently and separately from the aforementioned employer, eRecruiter and Grupa Pracuj are liable for processing of your personal data stated in the application form.

We, eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o. (eRecruiter) and Grupa Pracuj SA (Pracuj.pl) are also liable for processing your data when you are completing an application form. We are co-administrators of your personal data for the purpose of analysis or to encourage you to create the Candidate Account, and if you create the Candidate Account, also for additional purposes described in details in our Privacy Policy. You may request us to give you an access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer to other administrator, as well as you have the right to object or file a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office.
