The Candidate decides on the scope of the data made available in any way during the recruitment process, in particular in the recruitment form and the attached documents. Providing data is voluntary, however, providing personal data in the scope indicated in the relevant provisions of law is necessary to take part in the recruitment process.
With regard to personal data within the scope indicated by law, the basis for data processing will be the fulfilment of the Controller's legal obligation. With regard to personal data provided by the Candidate in the application or attached documents that are not required by law, the basis for processing the Candidate's data will be his/her consent. Consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time. If you wish to opt out of the recruitment, please send a statement of withdrawal of consent using the contact details: Brandbq Slovensko s.r.o. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of the Candidate's personal data prior to the withdrawal of consent by the Candidate.
The data are stored for the period necessary for the purposes of processing specified above, i.e. for the period during which the Controller conducts the recruitment process to which the Candidate has given his consent, and in the case of the Candidate's consent to the processing of personal data in the scope of future recruitment processes for a period of 3 years from the date of receiving the application, as well as for the period necessary to assert and defend against claims.
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, the person whose personal data is processed has the right to: access to data; rectification of data; erasure of data; restriction of data processing; data portability; objection (where the basis of processing is the legitimate interest of the controller); withdrawal of consent (where the basis of processing is consent).
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he/she believes that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the provisions of the GDPR. In Slovakia, the supervisory authority is: Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic, address: Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic.
Candidate data may be shared with service providers with whom the Employer has partnered to the extent necessary to conduct and operate the Employer's business, including legal, tax and human resources advisors.
The personal data of the Candidate shall be disclosed to Brandbq Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, the owner of the "Medicine.EverydayTerapy” brand, with its registered seat in Kraków at Aleja Pokoju 18, 31-564 Kraków.
The data provided by the Candidate may be processed for the purpose of profiling and matching the Candidate's application with current job openings, taking into account the requirements for the specific position, indicated preferences, education and work experience. However, the data provided is not processed for automated decision-making.
