    Your personal data will be processed:

    • in order to comply with legal obligations related to the employment process, including the Labour Code - the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) c of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection No. 2016/679 (Regulation 2016/679) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code)
    • in order to conduct the recruitment process in the scope of data not required by law - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679)
    • for the purposes of conducting future recruitment processes, in the event of consent to the processing of data for this purpose - the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679)
    • in order to establish or assert any claims or defend against such claims by the Administrator - the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) letter f of Regulation 2016/679).

    Your personal data may be transferred to the following data recipients - entities processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator: ONLINE TECHNOLOGIES HR Sp. z o.o., ul. Al. Wojska Polskiego 8, 70-471 Szczecin, KRS 0000431372 and other IT service providers for recruitment.

    The data will be processed until you withdraw your consent or the expiration of a period of one year. The period of storage of personal data may be extended each time for a period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data will be necessary to seek possible claims or defend against such claims by the Administrator.

    You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object or the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Administrator.

     

    Your data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

    Your personal data will be processed upon your consent outside the territory of European Union, namely within the territory of India, Asia, strictly for HR purposes.
