The co-administrators of your data is KAN Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Łódź, ul. Wiączyńska 8a, 92-760 Łódź.
We have appointed a data protection officer who you can contact by e-mail: [email protected] or by post to the address indicated above. You can contact the data protection officer in all matters related to the processing of personal data and the rights related to data processing.
We can process your data for the purposes of:
- conducting the recruitment process for positions based on an employment contract - data processing, i.e. name, surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, course of previous employment, is necessary to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the administrator under the Labor Code;
- voluntary provision of additional data, e.g. image, hobbies, we will treat as consent to their processing;
- conducting the recruitment process for positions not based on an employment contract - data processing is necessary to take steps to conclude a contract
- carrying out future recruitment processes - data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent voluntarily
How long will we keep your data
We will process the data until the current recruitment is completed. If you give your consent to participate in future recruitments, we will process your data for up to 12 months from the time it is collected. Earlier, we will delete the data if you withdraw your consent for data processing, which may take place at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal.
Who we may share or transfer your data to
We may share your personal data with entities authorized to provide them with personal data on the basis of legal provisions.
We may also transfer your data to entities processing personal data at the request of KAN or Redbasket, for example:
- IT service providers,
- employment agencies.
The entities to which we transfer your data process it on the basis of the contract concluded with us - only in accordance with our instructions.
What rights do you have
You have the following rights: access to your personal data; rectify them; deletion; restrictions on their processing; transfer of personal data; withdraw consent to the processing of personal data to the extent that the basis for processing is your consent. Withdrawal of consent, however, does not affect the processing of data that took place before the withdrawal of your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process.
